By accessing and registering an account on Pharmalink, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Pharmalink acts as a digital aggregator bridging the gap between pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, and everyday consumers. We provide a platform for businesses to list their details and for consumers to search for nearby verified pharmacies.

3. Business Registration & Verification

By registering a Pharmacy or Company account, you warrant that:

  • You are a legally authorized representative of the business.
  • All information provided (including licenses, addresses, and contact numbers) is accurate, current, and true.
  • You hold the necessary active licenses as mandated by the Pharmacy Council of India and local authorities to operate.

Pharmalink reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be submitting fraudulent documents or misleading consumer information.

4. User-Generated Content (Photos & Media)

By uploading photos (such as shop fronts and interiors) to our servers, you grant Pharmalink a non-exclusive license to display these images publicly on our platform. You confirm you own the rights to the photos and that they do not contain prohibited, indecent, or irrelevant content. We reserve the right to delete images that violate our content guidelines.

5. Platform Liability

Pharmalink is a technology platform and a listing directory. We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute medications directly. We are not liable for any transactions, disputes, or interactions that occur between consumers and the pharmacies listed on our site, nor between pharmacies and wholesale companies.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
