As a public listing platform, the information you explicitly add to your public profile (such as Shop Name, Phone Number, Shop Photos, and Location) will be visible to users searching for pharmacies. 6. Platform Role & Limitation of Liability

Pharmalink operates solely as a technology platform that connects users and pharmacies through searchable public listings. Pharmalink does not manufacture, distribute, sell, or verify the availability of any medicines.

We are not responsible for medicine stock availability, pricing, quality, business transactions, or disputes between pharmacies and users. Users are advised to directly confirm details with the respective pharmacy before making any decisions.

Pharmalink is developed and maintained by The Code Flix, a technology services company based in India.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. You can update or delete your profile information, including photos and location data, directly through your Pharmacy Owner Dashboard at any time.
